immoapp

immoapp is an owner-operated app provider for the real estate industry operating since 2019.

We are responsible for the planning, development and server administration for immoapp's web, mobile apps and API. In collaboration with our client we developed the marketing pages for immoapp, immocheck-app and aufzugwärter-app. For easy and flexible creation and editing texts, images and documents for the customer, we use Strapi CMS (Content Management System). In addition to the immoapp marketing page, we have implemented the search and downloads of BGH judgments for German real estate law.

For immocheck-app we also develop the web app, the mobile app and the API. In detail, we use the following technologies:

• Property manager portal with Angular and Tailwind CSS
• App for property and facility managers for Android and iOS with Cordova and Angular
• API with NestJS and Prisma
